Not a creature was stirring..

I walked the trails of Harold Parker State Forest

yesterday afternoon.. not a creature was stirring,

except for the few ducks that swam and flew off

before I could take a photo.. not a bird was heard,

no chirps from chipmunks or chattering squirrels.

I guess they're all snuggled or nestled for the winter.
