Salem Massachusetts

My nephew's wedding took place in Salem, Massachusetts.

The city has a history in regards to Witches so
I went on a little photo walk beforehand.
Roger Conant, founder of Salem, looking the witch.

A historic house with gables but not the
House of Seven Gables of the novel fame.

Sunshine patterns on another historical house.

Golden eagle atop a flag pole.

The ceremony was in the Phillips Library.

Gold leaf gilded ceiling.

Marble sculpture of Julius Caesar.

The Reception took place at the Peabody Essex Museum.

The modern entrance with glass atrium.

Classical spiral staircase to the hall.

 The hall.

Collection of oars on a wall.
