Last night we were hit with a nasty storm, several inches of rain and heavy wind gusts.
This afternoon, I went into the forest to see what damage was done.
This was blocking the trail to Brackett Pond.
Here even worse at the entrance to the Field Pond area.
A large split open pine tree branch.
Water levels were high and found new places to flow..
The ponds ice was receding as well..
